By purchasing from mistycorals, you have acknowledged the following terms & conditions:

𓏲ּ𝄢 Shipping policies

Orders will be processed within 1.5 - 2 weeks of purchase. An email will be sent out once your order has been processed.

Please allow 3 - 5 days for domestic shipping, and 15 - 20 days for international shipping! All orders will be sent via tracked mail and you will receive a tracking number in a confirmation email.

We will not be liable for mail that is lost, damaged or delayed due to postal handling.

𓏲ּ𝄢 Refund/Return policies

All sales are final - we do not provide any refund, returns or exchange options.

𓏲ּ𝄢 Why does my item look different from the product listing?

As all products are handmade, there may be minor differences in colour/placement/craft. Certain beads we use (e.g. shell beads, natural stone beads) are also unique in each piece, hence they will not look exactly the same. Please note that products may vary slightly in real life!

𓏲ּ𝄢 Are the products suited for my skin type?
We primarily work with resin and may not be suitable for every skin type, we urge our customers to only purchase if comfortable! Metal findings are made of stainless steel. Mistycorals will not be liable for any allergy reactions to our products.
